Dysphoria

I created that monster while being HIGHLY INSPIRED by The Evil Within universe :)
So I imagined a monster that could fit in it. ( I mostly followed the art direction of the first game since I own the artbook and could get more easily inspired from it )
I imagined how a transgender male would turn in Stem, which is why I called it Dysphoria, from 'gender dysphoria' as the medical term.
You can see the man trapped inside the female's body- literally ( trying to get out from her back ).
This female body being absolutely horrifying and disgusting as how he sees his own body.
The sexual parts seen as something completely horrible and evil to him.
The female face is emotionless, as if it was a mask he had to wear for years.
I imagined this creature would catch the player with the tongue/clitoris if he'd go too near it. He would have a chance to escape before the multiple hands would catch him.
And the player would have to shoot the man in the back to kill it.
